The Orange group is a major telecoms operator in Europe and Africa. It invests heavily in public relations and hospitality through assets such as Roland-Garros, the Africa Cup of Nations and the Paris national opera.

These programmes are there to strengthen ties with its key audiences: customers, partners and employees. They run at large sporting, cultural and institutional events, and have to offer guests an exclusive, memorable experience.

The starting point: a lot to coordinate

Orange x Evenizer

Orange rolled Evenizer out for the 2023 Roland-Garros tournament. It was then extended to the 2023 Rugby World Cup, the Africa Cup of Nations and the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Today every invitation — hospitality, boxes — for sporting and cultural events is handled in Evenizer. Delegated invitation quotas and dedicated compliance workflows simplify the organisation, make the inviting entities accountable, and secure the tracking of benefits in kind (URSSAF) as well as anti-bribery obligations.
