1. A structured collection of needs
Requests from the Maisons come in through a common format, with the detail of sessions, venues and guest profiles. The group has a consolidated view of demand before it arbitrates, rather than piecing it back together.
2. Arbitration and allocation per Maison
Packages are assigned against the real inventory. Each Maison knows its perimeter, and the group keeps control of the overall envelope.
3. Each Maison manages its guests, so do the agencies
Invitations, replies, reminders, replacements: each Maison operates within its quota. The agencies work in the same system, with the rights granted to them, rather than in parallel on their own files.
That is what changes the day-to-day most on an operation with several parties: there is no longer a master file to synchronise, because there is only one system.
4. Guest journeys and accreditations
The data needed for accreditation is collected when the guest confirms, with the mandatory fields and the deadlines specific to the event.
5. An interface in the group’s colours
The experience offered to the guest remains that of LVMH and its Maisons. The platform runs without showing itself.
