1. Separate hospitality programmes
Guests are split into separate programmes (artists, partners, media, sponsors), each with its own rules. Access is sent out automatically according to guest status, and confirmations come back in real time.
Organisers follow the real state of the room instead of piecing it together from scattered replies.
2. Seating on the venue’s real floor plan
Venue plans are built into the platform. Seating is done by drag and drop, directly on the room, taking affinities and visibility requirements into account.
3. Check-in on arrival
On the day, entry is by QR code scan from the web app, with entries tracked in real time. Front-of-house teams know at any moment who has arrived and who is expected.
It is also the moment when the set-up produces its own data: actual attendance, guest by guest and programme by programme.
